pursuant to Articles 4 and 28 of Legislative Decree. 30 June 2003, n. 196 - Privacy Code (hereafter "Code") and Articles 4, n. 7) and 24 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data (hereafter "Regulation") pursuant to Article 13 of the Code and the Regulation informs the user that for the establishment and execution of ongoing relationships with the user, personal data (personal and tax) are available.
In order to comply with the obligations set out in the Code and community privacy regulations in relation to your data, we invite you to take note of the following information and consent to the processing of personal data that our company will acquire.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTED

Only the information necessary for the following purposes is processed:

3. SHARING
We do not share information with third parties, however, we may occasionally disclose information to the following categories of companies or organizations to which we are responsible for managing services on our behalf: support service providers, customer contact centers, direct marketing agencies and consultants, market research service providers, and market analysis , legal advisors and other professionals.
We are committed to ensuring that all third-party partners who processing information comply with data protection legislation and protect information just as we do. We only provide them with the personal information STRICTLY necessary to provide the service they are undertaking on our behalf.
We will anonymize the information or use specific aggregated datasets where possible.

4. STORAGE CONDITIONS
We do not store personal information in an identification format longer than necessary.
For customers or suppliers, we store personal information for a longer period than processing potential customers/suppliers.
In the case of an ongoing relationship (e.g. a customer), we maintain personal information for 10 years from the date of the last transaction, in order to establish, bring or defend any legal claims.
Promotional and marketing information will be stored for a maximum period of 24 months.

5. STORAGE
The personal data we collect may be transferred and stored in a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA), for the purposes described above. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that personal data is processed securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and data protection legislation. To the extent that it is necessary to transfer personal data outside the European Union, we will ensure the adoption of appropriate protection measures to protect the privacy and integrity of such data, including the European Union model clauses under Article 46 'Transfer subject to adequate safeguards'.
